I tried adaware – register cleaner and both only help for one day before it goes back to running slow???? Running windows XP with spyware and antivires

well i hate doing this too, but you need to re format your hard disk….thats the only real way to re-establish a smooth ride on your pc
how to make your computer fast …
a)increase ram if u have less than 256 MB..if ur on XP
b)install windows registry repair pro.
c)use anti-virus to keep away from viruses
d)use windows defender to keep away from spyware and malware that affect your browsing speed.
e)delete your temp. internet files
cookies, and your history
f)uninstall any unnecessary program on your PC
g)You must defrag your computer from time to time ….
start>all programs>accessories>system tools>select disk defragmentor!!
Advanced –>
a)select the screensaver option to none.
b)remove the wallpaper
c)remove the windows effects while dragging
d)remove the clock
e)Don’t use any themes.

u can use disk defragmenter.
go to-
start-programs-accsessories-system tools-disk defragmentor-select your drives
P.S.-you cannot use your pc while defragmenting or it will restart and it takes a lot of time (5-6 hrs.)
, download and install AVG free Ativirus , it will help you cleanning your system
If a reformat is not a viable option right now here is what I do to make things smooth.
first whatever spyware/antivirus you are using GET RID OF THEM.
1) use AVG Free Edition and spybot search and destroy(with the tea timer option ACTIVATED)
2) after updates and complete scans with both, uninstall any unused software, especially software that loads with windows
3) you can use msconfig to prevent certain things from loading when windows logs on
4) get a program called ccleaner to clean temp files and registry junk
5) dont use warez or go to porno websites
