I have anti-virus software on my computer, and I have Spybot Search and Destroy. My Uncle and a family friend have told me that I need both a spyware AND a separate Add-ware software in order to fully protect my computer. I had Ad aware on my computer but a friend took it off and replaced it with spyware Blaster which Ive never heard of. Does it do the same thing as Adaware or should I put the software back on my computer?

I would go with a combination of Spybot and Spyware Blaster

I use Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware Personal SE along with Avast . They seem to work pretty well. the combination seems to be a very good one – i haven’t had any problems since I began using them.
